Is Vitamin D the Key to Preventing Disease and Cancer?

This also applies to those whos diets do not contain a sufficient amount of vitamind to meet this recommendation.

Health officials do, however, say that 2000 IU of vitamin d is the “tolerable upper intake level”. If much more than this is taken, some of the aforementioned symptoms could come to surface.

Those who are found to be deficient in vitamine d need not fret! No need to run out to your local pharmacy and spend your hard earned money on manufactured, man made supplements. Simply step outside in the sunlight for 18-20 minutes (do this in 5 minute increments to avoid sun burn) per day and you’ll get more than enough of your daily recommended intake of that precious Vit D! (over 3000 IU in fact.)

Conclusively, vitamin d is progressively making its way into the spotlight as preventative way to thwart the onset of many types of diseases and illnesses. With continued ongoing research being more commonplace amongst mainstream and natural medical researchers, we can now be assured that vitamind is definitely a safe, natural way of keeping our bodies free of disease while prolonging life as well! Sunlight shouldn’t be a threat to our health and well being, on the other hand, it’s the easiest, most efficient and affordable way to get all the vitamin d we need to keep our bodies healthy and disease free.
